Refund policy

Our refund policy after successful cancellations within 48 hrs. Customer can cancel the order till 12 hrs. after placing the order. Any case of refunds, additional 5% cancellation charges and 18% GST will be deducted of the total amount. If the plant received damaged, do mail or WhatsApp with picture after delivery within 12 hrs. Only replacement for damaged product, if mail or WhatsApp received within 12 hrs of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
